Labor Day!

Well at least our Labor Day started out fun... Here we are hangin' out over Betagraph up Logan Canyon

After, we drove over to Bear Lake with the fam to grab a shake and burger. Unfortunately, there was leak of some sort that completely drained all of the oil from the car. AAA said that they would take the car to the nearest AAA dealership....Which is in Brigham City, and that dealership only sells GM products and won't work on any Toyotas... What's the point in having AAA anyway? You're right, there's no point... We called a tow truck from Logan to come grab the car while we headed back to Logan in the Truck.
In the meantime, our Nephew Mason got a kick out of throwing rocks everywhere... As soon as he saw the camera, he immediately started saying "cheese". We decided that traveling anywhere on Labor Day is now not an option, not only because of this car fiasco, but also because of a incident with a cow 10 years or so ago. Just below the turn off for Beaver Mtn, Jana's family was traveling back from Bear Lake on Labor Day. A couple of people were riding horses on the East side of the road and startled a herd of cattle that were grazing. Cattle started stampeding across the road and one of them collided with Jana's vehicle, scooping the cow up onto hood of the car, off onto the road, and then barreling over the bridge into a dried river bed, where it got up and ran away in panic and disbelief. The crash of the car litterally scared the crap out of the cow, which was all that the Jones family could see out their windshield... So this Labor Day was the last straw!

It's Time to Rock!

Chad Taylor and I played a six song set at Cafe Sabor on Thursday.

It was about 95 Degrees on the patio so no one wanted to sit out there and watch us play, or at least that's what I keep telling myself

At least our Nephews Jaden and Mason decided to show up...and our families. Oh yeah and Thanks Mike for filming.
